About New Meridian Consulting
Based in Tucson. Supporting Clients Nationwide.
New Meridian Consulting is based in Tucson, Arizona, and works with businesses across the country. Our consulting model is designed for remote collaboration with business owners, internal teams, agencies, developers, and outside partners—while remaining available for local and regional engagements when in-person support is valuable.
A More Connected Approach
Too often, businesses are encouraged to invest in individual solutions before the underlying needs are fully understood.
New technology is added without a clear implementation plan. Marketing budgets increase while conversion or operational issues remain unresolved. Teams spend time addressing visible problems without identifying where those problems actually begin.
New Meridian takes a broader view.
We evaluate how strategy, technology, sales channels, customer experience, and day-to-day operations work together. This makes it easier to identify root causes, understand dependencies, and determine where time, effort, and budget will have the greatest impact.
Experience Grounded in the Work
New Meridian’s guidance is informed by hands-on experience supporting product-based businesses across direct-to-consumer e-commerce, online marketplaces, wholesale channels, and major retail partnerships.
That experience includes e-commerce strategy, Shopify operations, marketplace management, product data, digital merchandising, inventory and fulfillment, ERP and systems integrations, analytics, agency coordination, and cross-functional implementation planning.
The result is advice that accounts for both the larger business objective and the practical work required to achieve it.
Practical by Design
Every recommendation should reflect the realities of the business: its goals, resources, internal capacity, budget, and stage of growth.
New Meridian doesn’t begin with a predetermined platform, technology stack, or list of services to sell. We begin by understanding what the business is trying to accomplish, what may be standing in the way, and what needs to happen next.
The goal is straightforward: clearer priorities, better-informed decisions, and a plan your business can actually carry forward.
